Shipping Policy

Lead time is appox 6 weeks for commissions, but if you need your order by a particular date please let me know.

We ship to Ireland and the UK. We also send across Europe and the US but please contact us for shipping rates.

Please note that if there is ever any delay in postage for any reason (e.g. weather) we will contact you to let you know and where possible agree new delivery date.

Refunds:

Unfortunately as they are commissioned pieces we are unable to offer refunds , but if your painting is damaged/error in detail etc. you have 7 days to let us know and if the painting is shipped back to us within 30 days we will amend any issues.
Please include your order number when contacting us.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Order Cancellations:

An order can be cancelled within the first 3 days, but unfortunately as they are commissioned pieces they cannot be cancelled after this point or returned.
